February 25th. A perfect Spring day. Yes, Spring. 75. No clouds. Low humidity. Sure, the rest of the country still slogged through snow and cold weather. But not in Texas. Destination: Shiner Brewery. Location: Shiner Texas, about 100 miles from SaveOnBrew Central. It's a small Texas town. Clean. Friendly. Makes you wonder why people would put down roots sort of in the middle of nowhere. The answer: the beer. Suddenly it all comes clear. The answer is the beer.
